Fort Worth, Texas — True Mountain Capital facilitated the $11 million New Markets Tax Credit financing for a 25,972-square-foot medical office building. The project expands access to primary, nephrology, and specialty care for low-income and elderly residents in a medically underserved area, creates 51 full-time jobs, and strengthens long-term healthcare infrastructure in a highly distressed community.

Tulsa, Oklahoma — True Mountain Capital supported the successful closing of $16 million in NMTC allocation to renovate CRSOK's Riverbridge and YES Tulsa facilities. The project expanded behavioral health services for children, adolescents, and adults — increasing access for 3,400 low-income individuals annually and creating 37 full-time jobs in a deep-distress census tract.

Stillwater, Oklahoma — True Mountain Capital supported the successful closing of $16 million in NMTC allocation for the construction of a 37,500-square-foot behavioral health and substance-use treatment center. The project expanded care capacity for 3,750 individuals annually and created more than 100 quality, accessible jobs in a non-metropolitan, deep-distress area.
