Sam Gieseler serves as Senior Advisor at True Mountain Capital, providing strategic guidance on the identification, structuring, and optimization of federal and state incentive programs. Having capitalized over $200 million in project costs, Sam helps clients maximize the financial and operational benefits of available credit programs while ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining True Mountain Capital, Sam worked in Tax Credit Advisory at Advantage Capital, where he advised banks and other lending institutions on administering community impact-driven loan programs. He previously worked at a New Orleans based investment firm, supporting the acquisition of portfolio companies across the Southeastern United States.

Sam is a lifelong resident of New Orleans, where he and his wife, Nicole, are raising their two young sons, Beau and Palmer. When not at work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, fishing, cooking, and traveling.
