Kiki serves as Director of Business Development for True Mountain Capital. Kiki leads True Mountain Capital's business development and outreach efforts, cultivating relationships with prospective New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) clients nationwide. She works closely with businesses, nonprofits, healthcare organizations, and community stakeholders to identify NMTC opportunities and guide organizations through the early stages of the qualification and engagement process.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Alabama. After graduating, she built a successful career in medical sales and marketing with Marion Merrill Dow, Smith & Nephew, and Merck & Co. before transitioning to the nonprofit sector. Over more than 10 years in human services, she held senior and executive leadership roles spanning development, communications, marketing, corporate, community, and government partnerships, and direct client operations. Her hands-on work in underserved neighborhoods and with people in need deepened her commitment to serving vulnerable communities. She is passionate about improving lives by helping build stronger, more vibrant communities. With extensive experience in sales, marketing, strategic planning, management, partnership-building, and nonprofit leadership, she brings both expertise and conviction to her role.

Kiki's priorities are faith, family and helping others. Kiki and her husband, Andrew, have been married for 28 years and they have three children: Anne Marie (25), Gracie (24) and Ryan (21). Kiki enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising, traveling, and being a weekend-warrior college lacrosse mom.
