Based in Dallas, Texas, Emery Lusk joined True Mountain Capital in September 2025, working across both business development and client support. Emery helps connect new project sponsors with the New Markets Tax Credit program, sourcing opportunities through the firm’s Summit platform and helps guide projects through the early stages of the transaction process.

On the client side, Emery partners with sponsors to create clear, engaging materials that highlight each project’s community impact and readiness to launch. She also helps with reaching out to Community Development Entities and NMTC investors, where she assesses which partners are the best fit based on project needs and focus areas. As projects move toward closing, Emery stays involved by coordinating the review process and working with sponsors and third-party providers to keep everything on track.

By keeping the process organized and efficient, Emery helps the advisory team focus on leading transactions with efficiency and care. Her work supports True Mountain Capital’s mission to support impactful community projects with professionalism and purpose.
