Cameron Garner has spent the past 15 years working in the New Markets Tax Credit industry, where he has successfully closed more than $500 million in NMTC and Historic Tax Credit transactions. His work focuses on structuring complex community development projects that drive meaningful economic impact, and he brings deep expertise in both credit allocation and transaction execution.

Before his time in the NMTC space, Cameron worked in middle-market commercial banking with First Horizon, where he provided financing solutions to growing businesses across multiple industries. He also gained valuable real estate experience as a multifamily developer with Wood Partners, contributing to the planning and execution of large-scale residential projects.

Originally from Bethesda, Maryland, Cameron now resides in New Orleans with his wife, Emily, their two sons, Sanders and Holton, and their dog, Ranger. Outside of work, Cameron enjoys fishing, hunting and spending time with his family.
